Can’t make the Live Stream Coaching Calls? Don’t worry they will be recorded so you can watch the play back any time you like.
When are the Live Stream Coaching Calls scheduled for? I will post them well in advance so you’ll have ample time to book it into your calendar. I’m flexible on timing so sometimes the majority of the group can depict when the calls go ahead.
I’m so busy with school, family, life how will I fit this on? Trust me, I know how you feel but when something is a priority you make time for it right? I’ve made it as easy as possible so you don’t have to think about it too much. You get all the recipes, a grocery list, a prep list (invaluable) and a support group to help you through any tough times – I/we are here for you!
Will I actually lose weight on the Summer Shed? Well here’s the thing, if you follow the meal plans and do the extra work needed you WILL see change but here’s the thing, this won’t work unless you do. I will give you all the tools you need to start feeling sexy again, drop that extra weight and lose the bloat but you have to want it! It might take you longer than 3 weeks but thats ok, in fact its more than ok because this is a “Live It” programme and not a diet. What you’ll see on the Summer Shed is better digestion, a flatter tummy, balanced hormones, a clearer mind, reduced sugar cravings and so much more!
