Ok, its time to get down to it, let’s talk poop! I will take it slow the first time as this can be a very touchy subject for some, but one that is so integral to your health and wellbeing. Being “regular” is one of the most important aspects of a healthy digestive tract.
Let me ask you this – are you holding back?
If you are pooping ever day, twice a day or more, that’s amazing! – but if your not, its not just about how clean your diet it, how many supplements you take, how much water you drink.
